If you're transferring from another provider, we'll be happy to do our best to transfer your files over to your Whatbox slot. Simply open a support ticket with the following information:

• Old server's hostname or IP:
• Old server's username:
• Old server's password:
• Access type (FTP, SSH, etc):
• Port:
• Folders you want transferred:
• Expiration date for old server:

Note: Torrent files will still need to be added to your chosen torrent client, but we can transfer them so that they can easily be added again.
